Introduction

Thank you for visiting our website and reading the privacy statement of Recruit Global Staffing B.V., one of the largest HR services providers in the world with operations across the world and headquartered in the Dutch city of Almere.

This statement applies to the visitors of the website recruitglobalstaffing.com (including any of its subdomains (‘the website’)).

During your visit to the website we may collect information related to your device, your browser and to the way you navigate the content of our website. We will use this information for marketing and communication purposes. Why do you collect this information?

The primary purpose for the collection of information is to enable us to make sure you have the best user experience while navigating the website and for system administration.

Do we keep your information?

Your information only kept on an ‘aggregated’ level which means that it is merged with other related information. As a result, once collected it is no longer possible to identify the person to whom it relates.

Information related to specific inquiries (related to compliance) may be kept for a longer period depending on the applicable law.

Do we share your information?

We may share your information within our group companies and affiliates. The external providers of services may also have access to your information but only (i) to the extent necessary to provide services to us and (ii) with observance to specific agreements describing the use and protection of the information (so called ‘data processing agreements’).

The service providers include our IT service providers which provide services in the field of hosting, database management, website management, maintenance, web analyses and the handling of requests and analyses.

On the website, we may use analytics tools provided by specialized third parties. These tools help us diagnose technical problems and analyze the traffic to our website and trends.

There are appropriate measures in place to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized use and access. You may, at any time, request to have us:

  • correct your information if it is factually incorrect;
  • erase your information or restrict the processing;
  • send to you the personal data which you have provided to us via the website.

Upon receipt of such a request we will ensure that can exercise your rights effectively. We may need a proof of identity for this to be sure that we will only share data with the correct person.
