Rob Zandbergen (1958) has been CEO of Recruit Global Staffing since 1 January 2018. He is also Managing Corporate Executive Officer of Recruit Holdings and Head of Staffing Business. Previously, he was CEO of USG People (from 1 July 2010). He has been active in the temporary employment sector since early 2003.
Zandbergen has held various international and national executive and supervisory positions at publicly listed companies. Graeme Maude (1967) has been COO of Recruit Global Staffing since 1 January 2018. Maude graduated from Reading University and started out as a chartered accountant. He went on to build extensive international experience and a successful career in the staffing industry spanning over 15 years.
Maude joined the Recruit business through the acquisition of Advantage Resourcing in 2012 and subsequently moved to Recruit Holdings in 2014 to support the international expansion of Recruit’s Staffing activities. Graeme Maude holds British nationality.
Jun Onimaru (1977) has been Chief of Staff (CoS) of Recruit Global Staffing since 1 April 2019. Onimaru graduated from Hitotsubashi University and started his career at Recruit as sales manager for HR solutions in 1999. Since then he has made several great career steps.
He was appointed general manager of corporate planning at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., where he led the expansion of the business overseas. After that he was promoted to executive manager of Finance and Investor relations where he led the public offering project of Recruit which was successfully achieved in 2014.
In July 2015 he moved to the United States and served as CFO of The CSI Companies, one of the group companies of Recruit Global Staffing. Onimaru is qualified in USCPA. Jun Onimaru holds Japanese nationality.
Michael Whitmer (1964) has been a member of the Executive Management Team of Recruit Global Staffing since 1 April 2019. He has been Global CIO of Recruit Global Staffing since 1 January 2018. Whitmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of West Georgia.
He’s been with Recruit since 1 July 2012 as operational CIO for Staffmark Group/Advantage Group UK, which he held until 1 January 2019.
He started his career as a software engineer and has worked in technology for over 33 years, 17 in staffing. For the past 20 years, he gained a strong business acumen while holding numerous roles managing Information Technology internationally. Michael

Han Oey (1961) has been Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Recruit Global Staffing since 1 April 2019. Oey has started working for USG People, the predecessor of Recruit Global Staffing in 2011. From 1 January 2018 he was promoted Global Director Business Development & Strategy of Recruit Global Staffing.
He started his career in the FMCG business followed by several international management positions in the telecoms industry in the areas of sales and marketing, M&A and strategy. Besides that, he is a co-founder and investor in innovative start-ups.
Han Oey holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands and HEC, France and has the Dutch nationality.
