Jeroen Kneppers, Endouble's current CCO, will take the reigns as the new CEO from January 1st, 2019. He will succeed Kenichi Imamura, who has managed the company’s transition during the last year and a half. Jeroen has 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry and has been working for Endouble for seven years. As CEO, he will focus on the further growth of the company that's part of Recruit Global Staffing.
Transition to scalable business model
As an agile company Endouble’s focus is on creating customised recruitment websites in a scalable manner. The central platform that it has developed, serves as a basis for the development of recruitment websites for all customers. The platform’s guiding principle is gathering data and insights, which serves as a starting point of improving the recruitment process of customers. The development of the platform allows Endouble to grow at an accelerated pace.
Kenichi: “We've started the transition to a new business model from this year successfully. With this we laid the groundwork for a new growth phase. Jeroen Kneppers is, with his many years of experience and market knowledge, the ideal professional to manage Endouble in this phase of growth.”
Recruitment data expert
With the appointment of Jeroen, Endouble aims to further solidify its position as recruitment data expert in the recruitment sector.
Jeroen: “At Endouble we develop and optimize the recruitment strategy of our clients, based on data and insights. I am proud of the partnerships with leading customers as Albert Heijn, Signify, Dutch Railways (Nederlandse Spoorwegen) and FrieslandCampina. Where decisions were based on gut feelings in the past, this is now done based on hard data, and HR can therefore position itself as business partner. Our scalable proposition, which we developed under the direction of Recruit, creates a data-driven recruitment strategy available to all large companies at their fingertips.”
